The location was so amazing, everything nearby the property and all touristic attractions. The room was very spacious, clean and tidy with an amazing balcony with all the necessary amenities. It does worth to mention the outstanding customer service from reception team and the good care they took to make easier our stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect, very easy to reach from the airport or from the central bus station. If you are sensitive to sound during the night, I would suggest asking to be placed in a room that faces the internal courtyard.

I stayed at this hotel for 16 nights on a business trip, and the experience was very positive. The value for money is excellent. My room was quite spacious. The central location allowed me to explore the city in the evenings after work. The room was cleaned every morning. The staff were very kind and efficient. Thank you!

Excellent location. The hotel is situated in the city centre. Around cafes, shops and restaurant. It rather place for younger people, because on Saturday was a bit loud because of the street party. Very friendly staff, for sur I will return to El Greco hotel.

Arriving late at night and checking in without fuss (I'm already a regular guest here and all my details are on their system - if they check). Good hot shower, comfortable bed.

A centrally located hotel just near the Morosini Fountain, perfect for a long weekend in Heraklion. Rooms are cleaned daily. The bus station is in 5 Min. walking distance, many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. For seafood lovers I can recommend Vranas, restaurant located in a quiet small street with great menue and nice prices. Grilled octopus, sepia cooked in own ink with red wine and fresh fried anchovies are must try there!

The room was very clean and housekeeping refreshed the room beautifully each day. The staff at reception were helpful and professional. It was right in the centre of town and I loved my balcony and the whole room. I felt like it was really good value, very professionally run and more like a 3 star hotel. I had pretty much everything I needed - nice size desk, good wardrobe with shelves and a fridge. It felt safe and secure.
